School of International Cooperation Launches at HSE University
The School of International Cooperation has been established within the HSE Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs (WEIA). The school initiates, promotes, and implements programmes for continuing education and professional retraining, corporate education programmes, and international intensive training courses for professionals and executives working with foreign government officials, businesspeople, entrepreneurs, students, and researchers.
‘One Must Possess Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies to Build a Successful Business in Eastern Markets’
HSE University’s Eastern Perspective expert club has held its first event—a business session dedicated to launching and developing successful businesses in India. The club was created by HSE experts to discuss tools, trends, and insights for cooperation between Russia and countries in Southeast Asia, the Middle and Near East, and North Africa. The event featured experts with years of successful experience working in the Indian market on behalf of major global corporations.
New HSE Master’s Programme Modelled on World’s Leading Business Schools
HSE University’s new Master's Programme in International Management is now accepting applications for the 2020/21 academic year. Students of the programme will gain practice-oriented knowledge that will equip them to start a successful career in a multinational company and maximise their potential. The programme will be taught in English.

HSE University Hosts Students of ’Doing Business in Russia’ Programme
The beginning of Fall semester 2018-2019 of the ‘Doing Business in Russia‘ programme took place on September 24-28 at HSE’s Moscow campus. This event brought together local and German experts, the German Embassy in Moscow, the Moscow office of DAAD, the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce, specialists from German companies operating in Russia, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and students from Germany and Netherlands.
Doing Business in Russia Continues to Attract Diverse and Talented Students
Last week, HSE’s Doing Business in Russia internship programme held an integration module for students who have completed their 6-month internships at German enterprises based in Russia and students who have just arrived in Russia. Those completing the programme presented group projects on a variety of topics, including project management, intercultural relations, and expat experiences. They also shared their impressions with new participants.
German Students Сomplete Internship Programme ‘Doing Business in Russia’
From September 28 to October 2, 2015, an induction module of the Doing Business in Russia internship programme took place in Moscow. Twenty-seven new German students came for the autumn semester, and those who are completing their internships presented their final company-based projects. The programme is supported by HSE, the German Embassy in Russia, the German-Russian Foreign Trade Chamber, and DAAD.
German Students Enjoy Internships in Russia
From 30th March to 3rd April, 50 German students attended a session of the Business in Russia programme, run jointly by HSE and DAAD and the German Chamber of Foreign Trade since 2012. Students on the programme do six-month internships in German company offices in Russia and prepare group projects on various themes, under the guidance of HSE professor Natalya Guseva.
